Since World Workplace Europe 2026, the global context has shifted significantly. Organizations face geopolitical instability, economic uncertainty, rapid AI advancement, scrutiny of technology’s societal impact, and accelerating climate pressures. These developments directly affect how buildings are operated, services delivered, and workplaces experienced. Feedback from the 2026 conference survey was clear: attendees want more practical case studies, scaled implementation, and continued focus on AI, sustainability, and workplace experience. World Workplace Europe 2027 brings this together under one theme: Resilience in Action: Leading FM Through Global Uncertainty.

WORKTECH26 Rotterdam

WORKTECH, the global future of work and the workplace conference, launches in Rotterdam on Thursday, 11th June at Haskoning, TU Delft.

The future of work is on everyone’s agenda and WORKTECH26 Rotterdam will bring together thought leaders to share cutting-edge ideas. EuroFM International Autumn School 2026

In the upcoming academic year, the EuroFM International Autumn School Facility Management 2026 will once again take place. Each October, Zuyd University of Applied Sciences, as a EuroFM partner, organises a successful international week attended by 180 students from at least four countries and six universities. This week is a nice mix of hard work, teamwork, and plenty of fun. This year the week is scheduled from Monday 12 to Friday 16 October 2026 and will take place in Heerlen (NL). Lecturers can add these dates to their diary so it may be considered when planning the next academic year.

The students will take the challenge, presenting impressive and innovative ideas. During this international week, Facility Management students learn to collaborate across borders. At the same time, they learn how cultural differences influence their field of expertise.

Reasons for taking part in this international week vary per student, but they might include: expanding your knowledge, improving your English, increasing your confidence, receiving EC’s, experiencing a new culture and/or just having some fun during, for example, the party that will be organized by students of Zuyd University.
