Since World Workplace Europe 2026, the global context has shifted significantly. Organizations face geopolitical instability, economic uncertainty, rapid AI advancement, scrutiny of technology’s societal impact, and accelerating climate pressures. These developments directly affect how buildings are operated, services delivered, and workplaces experienced. Feedback from the 2026 conference survey was clear: attendees want more practical case studies, scaled implementation, and continued focus on AI, sustainability, and workplace experience.
