Matthew Tucker: new chair Research Network Group

During the EuroFM General Members Meeting in Oslo on Friday February 17th 2017 Matthew Tucker is appointed as the new chair of the EuroFM Research Network Group for the coming period 2017-2018. He is the successor of Susanne Balslev Nielsen who has been the RNG chair for the past two years. Matthew is a Course Director in FM since 2011 at Liverpool John Moores University, UK. He leads a successful MSc programme in FM, plus four other programmes in Building Surveying and FM. He is active for the academic journal for the FM discipline Facilities, as an Associate Editor. He has been elected by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as a Chartered Facilities Management Surveyor and by the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM) as a Certified Member, both for his achievements in research and scholarship. Through his established networks in Europe, Matthew can promote EuroFM and its benefits to potential and existing members. As a RNG chair for the coming years he has a strong motivation to drive FM across European boundaries. Matthew during the Members Meeting is Oslo is warmly welcomed by the EuroFM board. It already showed during these first meetings he completes the board team perfectly for the coming period.
