The EuroFM awards highlight the challenge for facility management professionals in light of the current climate whilst still tackling the national, cultural, regulatory and language differences across the different European regions.
This year categories were won by Hester van Sprang, Jesse Ghuijs en Brenda Groen - Best Paper Award on the added value of integrated FM from a IFM-suppliers perspective, Rikke Brinko - FM Researcher of the year and lastly the unique partnership between CBRE and Keysight, Macro and Citrix both won the Partner Across Border Award.
This years PAB consisted on two winners due to their remarkable outcomes, Keysight client of CBRE also advocates its outstanding working relationship. As said by their Global WPS Director: "CBRE is a strong partner that has strategically assisted Keysight Technologies meet our financial operating model goals while helping us maintain or improve the employee experience. Our partnership is a differentiator for our business and is enabling Keysight to make even more strategic investments in company growth.”
Also Macro displayed their excellent services towards client Citrix. Macro was selected to provide the overall facilities management services for Citrix across their EMEA portfolio between Stockholm and Johannesburg. The services include facilities management, helpdesk, Health & Safety, onsite Macro office coordinators and receptionists and the management of services provided through preferred suppliers: M&E, cleaning, security, catering, vending, couriers, stationery, internal/external planting, waste and recycling.
Furthermore for the very first time sponsored by ECS the internship award in form of 5 minutes pitches on a given topic was awarded to Heleen Arends from the Hanze University of applied sciences. This year’s Bachelor poster competition was one by Niels Peters from the Han University of applied sciences and Master poster competition by Manuel Bohm from ZHAW. It’s great to see how the future FM professionals already have good insight and perspective on the added value of FM towards the organizations of today.
