In the previous years EuroFM used to organize the Student Poster Competition. The Student Poster Competition was a yearly event held at the European Facility Management Conference (EFMC), organised by EuroFM. The competition was for FM students or recent graduates from European universities. They were invited to participate on Facility Management topics they have worked or researched on during their studies.

Since 2017 organizes the European Student Competition instead of the Student Poster Competitions EuroFM.
