The twelfth European FM Awards will be held and presented at the EFMC 2019 in Dublin, Ireland 12 - 14 June 2019.
For the first edition of the Innovation award, members and non-members are being invited to join this appealing competition- bringing out the best in FM globally!
EuroFM Innovation Award
The EuroFM Innovation Award recognizes the most innovative service in FM. This can be any technological or social innovation underlining the added value of facility management.
The EuroFM Innovation Award recognises innovation in delivering facilities management services demonstrated by:
o What is the added value of the innovation for the end-users or organization, based on the impact and the costs?
o How innovative is the solution (taken into account the resources and the maturity of the market)?
o What is the impact on the facility management profession as a whole?

Partner Across Borders Award recognises excellence in delivering facilities management services to an organisation located in more than one European country demonstrated by a partnership between a corporate client and service provider/s.
PAB Winners 2016 were Macro and Citrix– excellence in Facilities Management & CBRE and Keysight technologies - Value Creation & Cost Reduction
PAB Winner 2015 was EMC together with its partners took this years PAB crown and blew away the judges. As they all agreed that the EMC submission and Cisco Video conferece call and the site visit indicated a very unusual and innovative submission and approach to its existing supply chain partners. A very commited partnership.
PAB Winner 2014 was the good relationship and strong partnership identification between Deutsche Bank and Johnson Controls - Integrated Facility Management.
PAB Winner 2013 was : TEYSIS -a TIFM Project with a cross-borders and cross-cultural achievement.
