EuroFM Education is working with FMN, EMEA IFMA and IFMA Foundation on a Student Challenge for World Workplace Europe 2022. We are interested in hearing from FM students on their ‘Reaction to COP26 – Is FM doing enough and is doing enough, good enough?’ We want to hear from Students to determine what mandate should associations be taking to ensure the FM discipline is making a real contribution to reducing carbon emissions and ensuring next generations have a future that meets and goes beyond SDG goals.

Due to the challenges of the increased number of cases around Europe the World Workplace Europe 2022 conference is moved to 1-2 June. For this reason, we have had to change dates for the Student Challenge. The Student Challenge is supported with  EuroFM Education in collaboration with FMN, EMEA IFMA and IFMA Foundation. We are interested in hearing from FM students on their ‘Reaction to COP26 – Is FM doing enough and is doing enough, good enough?’. Students who are interested in participating at the Student Challenge can do so by following these steps but more detailed information is available in the attached Brochure:

  • Apply by sending a motivational letter to Carmel Lindkvist Carmel@eurofm.org
    by 1 March.
  • In middle of March, students will receive the news if they are selected or not to the Student Challenge. They be put into teams with students around Europe to work on the theme ‘Reaction to COP26 – Is FM doing enough and is doing enough, good enough?’ and develop a mandate for FM discipline can make a real contribution to reducing carbon emissions and ensure next generations have a future that goes beyond SDG goals.
  • At the conference the Student Challenge Teams will pitch their results to a jury who will select the winning team on stage on the 2nd of June during the WWEU22 conference.
