Due to the rapidly growing flood of information in the real estate industry, the use of information technologies is steadily increasing. New methods such as Building Information Management (BIM) significantly change processes and the flow of information in the real estate life cycle. Facility Management can benefit from BIM if it recognizes and shapes the possibilities. In addition to FM-relevant BIM fundamentals, this course primarily teaches practice-relevant knowledge in order to prepare Managers for dealing with BIM and its data.
